Q: How do I make a purchase?

A: It is very simple. Once your item(s) are added to your cart, just simply follow the steps to complete your Purchase. I accept payment by Direct Checkout which gives you the option to purchase with your Credit Card.




Q: Where will my parcel be shipped from?

A: All parcels are shipped using CANADA POST from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Q: When will my parcel be shipped?

A: ALL items are READY to SHIP! Your item(s) will be carefully packaged and dropped off at the post office within 1-7 business days of cleared payment. You are responsible for submitting your correct mailing address during checkout, otherwise your parcel may be lost in the mail or returned to me at my own cost for resale, and you will not be refunded for your purchase. Also, I do not offer local pickup for purchases in Calgary or surrounding areas.

Q: When will I receive my Order?

A: You will receive your order within approximately 14 Business Days. Your parcel will also have a tracking number so you can check the delivery status online. Also during the busy Holiday Season, your parcel may be delayed due to weather conditions, flight delays, etc. I also cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to Post Office strikes, lockouts, or negotiations etc. Please allow plenty of time for your parcel to be delivered and if you need your item(s) before a certain date, please Contact Me and I will try my best to accommodate you.


Refunds and Exchanges


LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL: If your parcel gets lost or damaged in the mail, you will receive a full refund. I will open an investigation with Canada Post and I will contact you by email. You will then be contacted by Canada Post and an insurance claim will be filed on my end.

DELIVERY ATTEMPT NOTICE: If you are not home at the time of delivery, you may receive a delivery attempt notice. You are responsible for picking up your parcel at your local post office. If your parcel does not get picked up, it will be returned to me at my own cost for resale, and you will not be refunded for your purchase.

CANCELED ORDERS: I reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason prior to shipping. You will be contacted by email and issued a full refund.

CANCELATION REQUESTS / RETURNS: Every item I sell is made with Quality Materials & Great Love and Care! ♡ Although I do not accept Cancelation requests or Returns, please Contact Me via my Contact Form @ prior to purchase if you have any questions or concerns.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Sorry, but I do not accept Custom Orders. Creative freedom is essential for me as an artist to create Art that I LOVE. ♡
