Q: How do I make a purchase?

A: It is very simple. Once your item(s) are added to your bag, simply follow the steps to complete your Purchase. I accept payment by Direct Checkout which gives you the option to pay with your Credit Card. All item prices are displayed in $ CAD dollar.

Q: Where will my parcel be shipped from?

A: All parcels are shipped with CANADA POST from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.


Q: When will my parcel be shipped?

A: ALL items are READY to SHIP! Your item(s) will be carefully packaged and dropped off at a Canada Post Office within 1-7 business days of cleared payment. You are responsible for submitting your information correctly during checkout. This includes your full name and home address as issued on a valid Government ID. This information is neccessary if you are not home during delivery and need to pick-up your parcel at your local Post Office. Please take your time submitting the correct information otherwise your parcel may become lost in the mail or returned to me at my own cost for resale, and I will be unable to refund you for your purchase. Also, I do not offer local pickup for purchases within Calgary.

Q: When will I receive my Order?

A: You should receive your order within approximately 7 - 14 Business Days. Your parcel will be shipped with a Tracking Number so you can check the delivery status on the Canada Post Website. Deliveries to Remote Areas in Canada may have longer delivery times. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you may receive a Delivery Attempt Notice. Please bring the Notice Card and a valid Government ID to you local Canada Post Office for pick-up. Also during the busy Holiday Season, your parcel may be delayed due to weather conditions, flight delays, etc. I also cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to strikes, lockouts, or negotiations etc at Canada Post. If I choose to keep my Shop OPEN during negotiations, please take into consideration that there may be a delay in Shipping times. Also, in the case of a Postal Strike at Canada Post, my SHOP will remain CLOSED until the Strike is resolved. Please allow plenty of time for your parcel to be delivered and if you need your item(s) before a certain date, or have a question regarding Shipping, please Contact Me and I will do my best to accommodate you. 

 


Additional Information

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL: If you have submitted the correct mailing address and your parcel either gets lost or damaged in the mail, you will receive a full refund. I will open an investigation with Canada Post and I will contact you by email. You will then be contacted by Canada Post and an insurance claim will be filed on my end.

DELIVERY ATTEMPT NOTICE: If you are not home at the time of delivery, you may receive a Delivery Attempt Notice. You are then responsible for picking up your parcel at your local Canada Post Office. If your parcel does not get picked up, it will be returned to me at my own cost for resale, and you will not be refunded for your purchase.

CANCELED ORDERS: I reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason prior to shipping. You will be contacted by email and issued a full refund.

CANCELATION REQUESTS / RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: Every item I sell is made with Quality Materials & Great Love and Care! ♡ Although I do NOT accept Cancelation requests, Returns, or Exchanges - Please Contact Me via my Contact Form @ https://www.lyndablack.ca/contact prior to purchase if you have any questions or concerns.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Sorry, but I do not accept Custom Orders. Creative freedom is essential for me as an artist to create Art that I LOVE. ♡
